What’s more, our mobile fee is just $25 for most locations around Winter Park, and the price for each notarization (think one notary stamp application) is a State-set $10. We’re committed to making our services affordable and advantageous for all our clients.

When scheduling your appointment, you can pay in full, or place a deposit for the service, selecting your preferred date, time, and additional options.

Payment is fully refundable if the appointment cannot proceed due to the specialist’s fault. However, if the order cannot be completed due to the customer’s fault—such as a no-show, being late for 30 minutes, lack of valid ID, incapacity of signer or witnesses, or any other legal reason determined by the notary—the mobile and printing fees are non-refundable.

The appointment length is up to 30 minutes. Any time exceeding 30 minutes will be billed at $25 per additional 30-minute increment.

Appointment times are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to book you an appointment at your desired date and time. You will receive an email only if the appointment cannot be accomodated.
The travel/convenience fee is included into deposit and is non-refundable, unless the specialist does not complete the assignment. Base mobile fee is $25, fees listed are additional according to the zip code of the appointment location.

Each witness provided is $40 for the entire appointment (not per document). Please, understand that these are independent persons who take time out of their day, drive to you and serve as witnesses for your convenience. Sometimes, the notary can sign as a witness, and fee fs $25 is applied. A 24 hour notice is required for this service. This fee is added to the deposit and is non-refundable, unless witnesses do not show.

If you have no access to a printer, we can print documents for you before the appointment and bring them to the meeting. Price for color print of one page is 50 cents. This charge is non-refundable and is included into deposit.. Please, indicate number of pages. If no documents to print, please enter zero.$0.00
