Delivery of Documents to Belarus

We deliver documents, including passports, weighing up to 450 grams and no larger than 9″ x 12″. Tracking numbers are provided for both segments of the journey, and the contents are insured.
Delivery Time:
– Standard: 7-8 business days to Minsk, with an additional day or so to other regions.
– Express: 12-13 business days to Minsk, with an additional day or so to other regions.
Delivery times are contingent on customs clearance, which will be reflected in the tracking status.
Instructions:
1. Place Your Order: You will receive the delivery address after placing your order.
2. Prepare Your Documents:
Seal your documents in an envelope.
3. Label the Envelope:
Write the sender’s name and address and the recipient’s name and address in Belarus on the envelope in Russian.
4. Include an Inventory:
Make an inventory of the contents or write the order number (in any format, on the envelope, or on a separate sheet of paper).
5. Mail to Our Florida Location:
Place the sealed envelope with the documents and the inventory/order number into another envelope and mail it to our location in Florida. We recommend using Certified Mail.
Passports are acceptable for mailing.
Important Notes: neither CFLNP nor our agents open and review the contents of your envelope—your recipient will receive the envelope as sent unless opened by customs. It is your responsibility to ensure that you do not send anything that could impact the delivery, such as cash, drugs, etc. The contents are insured, and tracking numbers are provided. A courier will call to schedule the delivery at the final destination and will deliver directly to the recipient’s address, so there is no need for pick-up.
